The End of The Beginning

 

Congratulations! You have completed the Renegade Rehab Phases 1-5 and should be ready to return back to full-fledged, normal activity.

As noted in the beginning, there are a total of 5 Phases in the Renegade Rehab Program. Phase 5, the maintenance phase, is optional but highly recommended. It consists of performing a combination of accessory, mobilization, and strengthening exercises about 3x per week to continue forging an even more solid foundation of your previously injured area.

Besides improving the strength of your previously injured area, you will prevent future weakening and degradation. After rehabilitation, what you don’t want to do is go back to your old habits and increase your likelihood of injury recurrence (it happened the first time for a reason).

Again, we very much recommend you continue to perform it for your own good.
