FAQ

Q. Do I need to subscribe to access the features?

A. Yes. It’s been shown that having more incentive, including monetary, includes the likelihood of follow through and commitment. In this case, that commitment is to your health, which is important. We’ve also put in a lot of hard work and offer a lot at this price point, so we think it’s fair.

 Q. Should the rehab be performed pre or post workout?

A. Pre

Q. Should I be training the injured area outside of rehab?

A. NO, you should not be putting extra load or stress on the joint/muscle.

Q. Should the rehab be performed on only my injured side?

A. Ideally, it is performed on both sides

Q. I don’t have the required equipment or setup to perform a given exercise, what should i do?

A. Keeping the habit of doing the exercises daily is incredibly important. If what you are missing is a weight or dumbbell, find something that can mimic the weight. A water bottle or can of veggies is about 1 pound. Bigger cans weigh more. A large textbook or gallon of water that can be filled/emptied to an appropriate weight can replace heavier weights. You can create a pronated or supinated hang using a bed sheet and a door or on various outside locations. If somehow you really just can’t find a way to mimic the exercise appropriately, skip it for now but try to buy the equipment as soon as possible.

Q. What do I do when I finish the program?

A. You’ll perform the Maintenance Phase which continues to strengthen, mobilize, and keep your joint healthy to mitigate risk of reinjury. You can also perform the Daily Prevention to mitigate your risk of future injury.
