We’ve created a unique program, made by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, to help bulletproof your low back.
All you need is 3 minutes a day for the next month.
Each day, for 6 days of the week, you’ll perform 2 exercises that will take you 3 minutes total. The 7th day is an off day.
The exercises are aimed to strengthen your core, hips, glutes, spinal extensors, motor control, and general mobility, all of which are crucial in building a strong a pain free low back. Each pair of exercises is created with intention to create compounding, beneficial effects.
You’ll have detailed instructions on how to perform every exercise and you don’t need any equipment.
